Orders & Payments

Orders must be confirmed with full details and approval before production begins.
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
A minimum deposit (usually 50%) is required at the time of order confirmation. The balance is due upon delivery or before shipment.

Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery timelines vary based on order volume, customization level, and fabric availability. While we strive to meet agreed delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rubel’s Uniform Garments Trading LLC is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from delivery delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless:

The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
There has been a mistake in tailoring due to our error.

All issues must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the product. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve re-measurement and re-production.
